1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Soko Moja, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, employers, service providers and visitors.
2. User Accounts
You must register with a valid mobile number to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. One phone number may only be associated with one account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
3. Listings and Content
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Soko Moja reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, and any content that violates applicable law.
4. Payments and Transactions
Soko Moja facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to individual transactions. Users transact at their own risk. Soko Moja Wallet transactions are subject to our Wallet Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Soko Moja to post false information, harass other users, spam, scrape data, attempt to hack the platform, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Soko Moja, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Soko Moja or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soko Moja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Soko Moja after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
