Responsibilities

Handling Ingredients: Measure, store, and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, sugar, cups, and other supplies. 7. Following Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation procedures when preparing and serving beverages. 8. Managing Stock: Monitor inventory, check expiration dates, report shortages, and assist with stocktaking. 9. Preparing the Workstation: Set up the coffee station before opening and ensure all necessary ingredients and equipment are ready. 10. Handling Customer Complaints: Respond politely to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. 11. Maintaining Product Quality: Ensure beverages are prepared consistently, with the correct taste, temperature, presentation, and portion sizes. 12. Teamwork: Coordinate with other baristas, cashiers, waiters, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. 13. Upselling Products: Recommend additional beverages, snacks, pastries, or special offers to customers when appropriate. 14. Closing Duties: Clean equipment, store ingredients properly, replenish supplies, and prepare the workstation for the next shift.
