At Soko Moja Africa, we respect your privacy. We collect basic personal information to provide our services, manage accounts and communicate important updates. With your permission, we may use your phone number or email address to send promotions about Soko Moja Africa.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
You can manage your marketing preferences or request permanent account deletion at any time through your profile settings.

STAFF ME OUT LIMITED ("we", "us") operates Soko Moja. We collect basic information you give us directly and information created as you use the Service:

- Phone / WhatsApp number
- Email address (if provided)
- Profile information such as photo, location and about text
- Listings and activity within the app
We also collect information automatically, such as device and usage data, when you use the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Soko Moja Africa, manage user accounts, provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate important updates, and ensure a safe marketplace environment.
Phone numbers and email addresses may be used for Soko Moja Africa's own promotional messages, subject to your consent and your communication preferences. You can change that choice at any time in your profile settings.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or marketing companies. Your profile page carries a Delete My Profile button that permanently removes your account, your profile details, your listings and their photos, your messages and your promotional records once you confirm it. Records that financial, booking, medical or audit law requires us to keep survive deletion, with your contact details removed.
