2. Use of the Service
You may use Soko Moja to browse, post, and respond to listings across our marketplace apps. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
3. Listings & Transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling any agreements made with buyers. Soko Moja facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions between users.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post illegal, misleading, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Fees & Subscriptions
Certain features, such as featured listings and seller subscriptions, may require payment. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Soko Moja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
