Steps to take

  • Message the seller and explain the problem calmly.
  • Collect photos, messages and receipts.
  • Report the listing or seller from the listing page.
  • Contact support if you cannot resolve it.

What we can do

  • Review reports, remove listings and restrict accounts that break the rules.
  • We cannot guarantee refunds for off-platform payments.
